Chair/ Co-Chair Update

Required for all chairs, superchairs and Co-chairs. The training will review scenerios that are common in Presidential Election like Poll Watchers, Poll Challengers, Provisional Ballot and how to manage 10+ precinct workers. Review key material in Troubleshooting Guide, and requirements for chairperson that all workers are contacted prior to the election and precinct is setup the day prior.
